    Patrick,

    Guess what..!!!
My mission for the FXC RRI to Ultrasite was a success!! Phew.. I almost freaked out during the operation… It wasn’t that complicating that i imagined it would be.. or maybe i was just lucky that i didn’t encounter much problem…

    Thanks and Best Regards,
    Jadee

VSWR greater than 1.4 is BAD! check connectors.

Has anyone faced problems with new Nokia BTS soft – UltraSite BTS SW CX4[1].1 CD3.0 A51???

Our BSC engineers can not configure External Alarms for transmission sites (FIU19+Power cabinet or Nokia MetroHUB), which are connected from Power Cabinet to FIU19 or MetroHub though Q1 port. External Alarms don’t come to OSS. Does anyone know how to active them on BSC?

    My email – azamatjon@gmail.com

    Thanks in Advance.

    hi patrict good day,

i am telecom tech and we have a problem in troubleshooting connectsite and I am wondering why this happened, everytime we recommission the site there is a pop ups “flexi hopper FE=3 installed but not pressent”and at nearly end of the recom sessions the status is ” BTS is not physically connected to the BSC.
We check the link and the AGC is not in the tresholed limit. we changed the backplane and the ODU but no development. Please help me solve this problem. thanks & regards by the way my e-mail add is “dongards@yahoo.com” thanks again..

    Hi Estibo,

In Nokia when you add new sector BTS will automatically detect and you only need to check in H/W configuration in BTS manager so that each TRX got connected to its required antenna. If you find any misconfiguration then only you have to do.
