incoming ho

Harison - 20th September 2018  (07:28 GMT)

I don't understand the Incomming HO and Outgoing HO. Could you to give me their threshold?

pix - 14th June 2011  (16:47 GMT)

hi alexia,

but then, in another cell, you have very poor outgoing and very good incoming % :)
normally, you should consider only the outgoing ho in the HOSR.

Alexia - 14th June 2011  (12:59 GMT)

In calculating HOSR do we consider both incoming and outgoing??

I have some cells with poor incoming but excellent outgoing handover successes.

Hi all

I solve the problem of incoming ho by deleting and recreating all relations of my cell.

TNS - 31st January 2009  (20:05 GMT)

Hi, mouf.

Are you sure parameter RxLev_min(n) is low enough?

May be I should activate General Capture HO towаrd this cell ( just to get some requests )...

Alex_R - 30th January 2009  (08:24 GMT)

Dear mouf

did u check uplink signails of this cell may be link inbalance exist ?

mouf - 27th January 2009  (14:26 GMT)

Hi Pix,

The release is B9.

pix - 27th January 2009  (12:55 GMT)

There were similar problems in B8. Two possible actions:
Restart OMU
or change the BSIC (this i'm not sure... perhaps, you should rather try to delete the cell and recreate it from scratch)

If nothing works, then you should raise the issue to your TAC. In which release are you?

mouf - 27th January 2009  (10:49 GMT)

Hi All,

adcguy : response to your question is yes. The cell carried traffic and do outgoing handover .

It is a misunderstanding. I mean "a cell facing" not " e cell".
All neighbors belong to the same BSC , one LAC et...
In Incoming, we 've got no HO requests and no HO attempts.
In outgoing everything is OK.
(Alcatel vendor). The cell is not at a border location.

Thanks for any help!!!
