hello,
If you have 40 % of traffic volume as Half rate and 60% full rate, and 1 timeslots in 1 TRX carry up 1 calls . In case of half rate, 1 timeslots = 2 calls.
that mean:
the number of subscriber using HR are 40*2 *100/(40*2+60) = 57%
the number of subscriber using FR are 60 *100/(40*2+60) = 43%are this correct?
