H.323 ID

Greeting!!
I wonder if some one could helpme!!

I got an ATA 186, but this device don´t send it´s H323ID, it works well when I make authentication using it´s IP, but it will finally on a network with DHCP, what configuration could any one think could be wrong in order to make that the ATA don´t send its H323ID.

The Gateway/Gatekeeper, event log shows a message:

“Endpoint failed to send authentication request”

I would apreciate any idea!!
