Vive Ensemble – Hotline ring down

I would like to hotline ring down on a ensemble.

I want to be able to lift up the phone (fxs port) and it automatically rings the operator on other address 192.168.1.2

i.e
rings phone number 0 on host 192.168.1.2 from ensemble ip 192.168.1.1
