    Dose anybody knows if/how it’s possible to do  Voice Cell Termination by using smart phones as Voip GSM Gateway instead the traditional Gsm Gateway like GOIP , Dinastar etc . Thank’s

    Programmatically, It is not possible to play any kind of audio/voice when GSM call is in progress.
    Also, Operating System disables all the apps whenever GSM is active either for an incoming or outgoing call.
