Welcome to the Call Center Forum. We started this forum in 1999 but withdrew it five years ago. To coincide with the relaunch of our web site, we have reinstated the forum and invite you to exchange ideas, problems and solutions on these pages. Please do not use this free space to advertise your services.

Westbay Engineers Ltd celebrates its 30th birthday this year and we remain committed to supporting call center professionals with free resources and industry-standard software tools for call center analysis.

    CC-Excel

If your job is to analyse your call center’s staffing and operational performance, then CC-Excel can make life easier by adding call center functions to your workbooks. It introduces nine Erlang call center functions to Excel for estimating staffing requirements and call handling using the Erlang C traffic model. You’ll be able to build your own Excel worksheets, with CC-Excel doing the complicated staffing calculations for you behind-the-scenes.

    Here’s to another thirty years,
Tom, and the team at Westbay Engineers.
