Reporting structure

    I manages a team of agents and they are located in Europe, Asia and America regions. I’m wondering what’s the best way to manages such a dispersed group of people. I thought of creating a team lead in each site but not sure if you guys have any other suggestion.
    I do not intend to create a supervisor position as some of the sites only have 5-6 agents. Thoughts?
