call volume forecasting

    I’m interested in learning what are the company standards as far as forecasting accuracy. Does anyone measure the success of your forecasted calls and if so; would you mind telling me what are your targetted objectives? We aim a 95% – 105% accuracy and I’d be interested in knowing if other company’s have simillar goals. Thank you!
