Service Level – G.O.S – 75:30 per Hour?

    Hi Forum,

    I am hoping to obtain some insight as to what other contact centre managers may think about the achievment of Service Level (75:30) per hour rather than an overall result from one operational day. Is this realistic?

    Also would achieving the same target of (75:30) on a 15 minute increment also be achievable. Please” 🙂 If you post a reponse please also quantify why you feel it to be the case.
