Hi,

I am launching a call center in Hyderabad. from which departments i have to get the permission.

i came to know about some permissions :-
1)Municipal Corporation(health unit)
2)Commissioner of police department.

is there any thing else?
why i have to take permission from health unit.

You have been misguided, you have to take register in DOT.

They are company who can assist you in setting up a call center from the first nail till you go live on air.
