I am looking for a reliable and cost effective call center outsourcer.
I need to support English, French Spanish, German and Italian clients.
I understand Romania and possibly some other eastern european country are the destinations to look for multilingual offshore outsourcers.
Does anybody have first hand experience outsourcing to Romania?
