    Hi,
    I wish to setup a non voice call center in baroda/nagpur ,but have some queiries

    1)i wish to start with a employee strength of 15 to 20 people.Can anybody let me know that what will be approximate investment required for the infrastructure setup excluding salaries.

    2)How to look for a client.
    And which domain to target.
    Like Health,finance etc.
