I hope somebody can recommend me an IT related Call Center to provide ADSL modem support to end users in the UAE. Call center should be Dubai or Abu Dhabi based. Any suggestions are welcome.
You can try Buzz Contact Center. I’ve been working with them in getting international clients. They are well setup. If you are looking at a long term business plan you can setup your own center.
