Ello ppl,
I just set up a small call center in islamabad, its a small 10 seater initially.
In reference to the bandwith, is it illegal to get bandwith from another DSL company??? ‘coz ive registered the company and ive registered it with PSEB but nobody ever mentioned the fact that i’d have to get my bandwith from PTCL otherwise it’d be illegal.
I’d appreciate it if anyone could throw a little light on this and a couple of points that i couldve missed out on…

At the moment the only option that we have is to secure up-link from PTCL and this is very clearly stated in the Call Center policy document of PTA, however if you work your figures out intelligently I am sure that you would still be running in profit
