    Guys im doing a research on offshore call centers and the problem that they face in terms of HR. So if people who mange call centers or work in call center can help me identify few of the issues.

    the biggest issues are :

    Attrition.
    Attendance.
    Recruitment.
    Experience.
    Motivation.
    Conflict Resolution.
