Hi friends,

My name is Varun and I’ve been working in the BPO Industry from the last 5 years in Top Class BPOs, 2 out of the Top 10 BPOs based in Delhi NCR, India. I am currently working as a Team Leader in a Mortgage Process and I know the in’s and out’s of opening a BPO and have a lot of ideas of how to go about it. I am planning to set up my own BPO unit in Delhi and am looking for some intelligent people to work with me and open a World Class BPO. This BPO would be a different BPO from the other BPOs that are running and as I have all the experience in this field, I also have the links in India and abroad (U.S and U.K) to get the processes and work. I just need some intelligent people who can invest some money and their brains and help me open up this Dream BPO which will become a benchmark for the BPO industry.
