Hello team,

We require 4,000 sq. ft. in Islamabad for new call center. Can anybody suggest what factors should be considered for leasing space outside STP? Does anybody know what is the wait time for space availability in STP in Islamabad?

Dear Danish,

I would ideally recommend STP or ETC as the places for setting up a call center. However, if you cannot find a vacant place there, then I suggest you look for a big house preferably on some “main road” in any F sector. Try Margalla Road or Park Road as they already have offices and have ample parking space as well.

ETC stands for Evacuee Trust Complex. It is the building located next to the Marriott in Islamabad. It is also referred to as STP2. You may have some difficulty in finding space in these buildings as they are fully occupied and already in high demand.

I would again suggest that you consider space near these buildings i.e. F6 or F7 and decide accordingly.
