Reporting Package – Nortel Option 11

    Can anyone recommend a powerful reporting package for my call centre. Our switch is a Nortel Option 11.

    I have used Crystal Reports in the past and found it useful – is there anything else out there that talks to Symposium as well as CR?

    Please provide recommendations & quick summary of the functionality.

    crystal reports are best option otherwise u get reports from symposium and also u can use total view.
