Erlang reading on a report

    Good day,

    My call centre reporting software gives me the following stats:

    Days:31
    O/G calls: 145258
    I/C calls: 199631
    Total calls: 344889

    Traffic in Erlang(min) 2
    Traffic in erlang (max) 33
    Average Erlang 18.7

    What does this mean???

    What software are you using to generate this report?? and what is the interval that you have set for the flow of traffic ??
