I see on this forum a lot of posts on how to setup a call center and what technology and costs are involved.
I have setup a call center and running on VoIP technology on a Hosted ASP model from a company called five9 in the usa. The costs were very low, just need a Computer and a USB headphone and a good quality Internet connection, and you can get going. No longer does a center need to purchase, EPABX, VoIP gateways, Servers, or any other
equipment. And the voice quality on VoIP is simply super !
I feel all CCs in this region need such technolgy which can help them with no high technology requiremnts and no high entry costs.
