You have two options in which
you can buy the dialer (best)
    hire the dialer.
This is the best and the economical solution for a person to start the call center.
I am not recomending for the hosted solution because it will be expensive and there is no data security and no control over the dialer.

We have also charted the business plan too in this proposal.

We have listed all possible things which a call center should have.

    Call Center Facility Setup
    Facility requirements
    Technical setup requirement
    Staff Requirement
    Call center Setup
    Call center service offerings
    Project planning
    Infrastructure Consultancy
    Call center Set Up
    Human Resource planning
    Business Development
    Operations Management
We havent included our charges in it because we should be knowing how many centers we will be involved in setting up.
If things have to go simultaneously we will bring down our qualified team which will work and get things shaped and we can discuss about the renumeration over the phone and I will confirm the same by sending an email.
