Capacity Studies for Large Call Center

    Wondering what other Telecom goups are using to determine trunk capacity for inbound customer service large Call Center Operations? Are you using switch snap-shots, CMS call data, vendor reports? We use combination of above but a lot of the work is manual, looking for something more automated.
