Where can I find a call center calculator that can forecast total agents needed on a monthly basis? I am currently budgeting for 2006 and need staffing numbers per month. The Erlang calculators I’ve seen project what I need on an hourly basis but not for total agents needed monthly.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
