Can some one advise me on whether setting up an Arabic speaking call centre in a Middle East country is a good idea ? If yes then also some advice on issues like who should it be targeting and any other specific requirements etc.
i intend to start a call center in israeli arab villages to serve an arabic spoken countries and enjoys some advantages we have in israel.
i am looking for a partner for this venture.
