Starting a call center after college

Hi everyone,
i have been working with the call center business for a while now a inbound sales rep to make extra cash in college. I am amzed at how much more money i can make on commission then an hourly job. I am very interested in starting my own call center once i graduate since i see that it is a proven way to make good money. How much money (us dollars) do you believe it would take to start and inbound call center with opening with 35-50 seats and then expanding?thanks for your help
