Payment assurance

    Morning,

    I work with a 150 seater call center in New Delhi,India.

    I have recently been contacted by a Mobile phone dealer in the UK who is offering a phenomenal commision structure for a mobile phone sales campaign.

    The only way my seniors at the center will have anything to do with this is if there is some kind of payment guarantee.

    We are looking to generate about 70-80 sales a day.

    Can someone let me know of any payment assurance methods which I may want to explore.

    Currently I am looking at possibilities of an ESCROW account.
    Bank guarantees and LC’s have already been ruled out. Another option I am looking at is that of contacting a solicitor firm in the UK to help ensure payments for the valid sales that we make.

    Any feedback or suggestions on the above would help
