Call length training

    Does anyone have ideas on how to solve excessive call length. About 5% of our advisers have call length aover 75% longer than average call lengths.

    Any help appreciated.

    Just give them intense training on call handling & call leading skills.

    Bill,

    Call monitoring should give you a valuable insight into the certain rep behaviours. The monitoring may identify training or knowledge gaps with the advisors that can be rectified with further training or call scripts for them to follow.
