Outbound Call Center KPI’s

    Hi All,

    What are the most valuable KPI’s that an outbound call center should keep track of?

    Things along the lines of:

    -conversion %
    -cost/call
    -dials/hr
    -revenue/hr
    -phone time/scheduled hr – excluding breaks
    -etc.

    Any input – specific KPI’s – would be appreciated.
