We are located in Colombo, Sri Lanka and are hoping to venture into the
Call Center and Outsourcing Indistry in the near future. We would appreciate it very much if anyone could send us adequate information of setting up
a Call and BPO center in Colombo. We have little knowledge about the communications industry, hence kindly guide us with the prospects of setting up a Call & a BPO center and if anyone can help us out with a feasibility study or a project plan, how much of an investment and cost would be incurred and the ROI etc. Also campaigns and business models if any. We might be looking around for about 25 to 30 seats. We call out to any consultant or a consultancy company, or anyone who would have a first hand experience on such a project to help us.A Joint venture or a partnership would be welcomed.
