I know it depends on projects but please send me indications of prices for inbound, outbound, etc.

This could really vary on the pricing structure you deploy. For purely inbound call center services, it could be something around $8 – $30.

For outbound, it could be an hourly rate similar to inbound. Or it could be a lower rate with comissions given per sale.

There are many ways to adjust the cost. It all depends on you and the client.
