I have been looking at this forum and see that several small ( 8-100 seats) centers are in the setting up stage and guys are confused on the technology to be used today. My opinion is that today the most cost effective solution for a small center is to use a Hosted Dialler and ASP software on a rental basis and if calling overseas use VoIP.
There are cases where VoIP voice quality is not so good. However, with the right tech solution VoIP is very very good , as good as IPLC, and can be much cheaper and easier to use.

Think about this guys there are several such solutions available today.
can you please suggest few names who are providing the Hosted call center solutions as i had contacted some of them and they are asking a high price. And could you also please tell me what should be the idle per license charge per month.
