I am the MD for Vuya Manpower Contact Centre Solutions in South Africa which is a subsidiary of Manpower Inc. Have you considered South Africa as a possible destination? I can send you some information and perhaps point you to some consultants who will assist you with setting this up. SA is a serious player in the contact centre industry and we have the expertise to get it done right.13th June 2004 at 00:04 #16160Jim RossGuest

Please see the websites http://www.sacallcentre.com as wells as http://www.voices24.co.za and http://www.geda.co.za
I do not want to sound biased but we (SA) have the capacity to deliver quality world class service and the costs are still favourable. we understand that comapnies still need to look at costs while still maintaining a high level of quality and service excellence. Thus SA is a natural choice. The language and cultural similarities are close and time zone is not a problem. Read and drop me a mail to discuss further.

Have you considered how you are going to handle training once seats are filled? In particular communication/accent reduction training?
