    We have a full suite telcom solution for making and receiving calls to and from North America. The system is based on a open source telephony switch (Asterisk). We are looking for predictive dialing solution (Software or hardware) to integrate with it.

    Can anyone suggest a suitable solution, we have a immediate need!

    Have you considered the obvious choice, Concerto products? They offer Concerto (formerly Davox) and Melita. try http://www.concerto.com.

    You can also try interactive intelligence ( i think its http://www.inin.com)
