Hi forum,

My last message was moderated…so will try and paraphrase.

With the proposed influx of 20,000 jobs ****thanks to UK financial service companies opening shop (pardon the pun!!!!)****, is there anything being done by training companies, to facilitate training specific to such environments????

If so, could you let me know of such trainers, as also training institutes?

It all depends on what kindof training you are talking about. I see a gap in the market, where these 20k jobs have been created, but agents will need to have financial services training (that too, specific to England).

If you have something ready, maybe the big(ish) CC’s could help you on the same.

a gap exists, u r right; we would welcome training companies who could supply us with ‘certified’ staff.

i would suggest that you start with approaching co’s in UK, ones that have publically said that they will move to India.

Where are these jobs? Have heard of 20k jobs, but has anyone seen / heard people joining these setups?
