Hi All,

Can anyone help us ( we are team of 4 Businessmen ) who wish to open a call center either in Mumbai or in Pune.It will be an Domestic/International based.

1. What are the Goverment rules and regulations for opening up Call Center,
2. We want to go for initially 50 Seater Call center, which will be web and voice based.
3. How much approx. Investment we are looking for such type of call center?
4. Any Good Location in Mumbai and in Pune?
5. where to find Domestic as well as International Clients for such type of Call Center.

Hello Harry,
There are Rules that are prescribed by the Govt and it can be taken care.
I am from chennai and hence i am not able to give you an appx cost per seat. It would not be more than 1500 dollars per seat.
VAshi in mumbai is seeming tobe very good with all the infrastructure and connectivity facilities.
