I am planing to open a 50 seater call centre in Chennai. I want to have a rough estimate and some one to help. please give me rough estimate. Some on from chennai will be great
typically the major costs are
Real Estate – 30 – 40%
Telecom – 15 – 20%
Power – 10 – 15%
Manpower – 30 – 40%This is totally dependent upon ur location and the scale of ops

Today there are options of leasing spaces with all the equipments available to be used. so roughly you might need to invest say somewhere around 45,000 rupees per seat. and operational cost for a yearis going to vary based on the HR policies that we are going to follow.
