currently ours is an international call center,but we wish to enter the domestic market.
we are planning for a 30 seat call center.

What all modifications are required if we are doing the domestic work along with the existing call center??
What if we setup the call center in the 5th floor of the same building??
i wanted to know all the hardware issues such as the networking..routers…mux…
what about the licence issue…whome should i apply to…..??
and also about the Tollfree no.
how can i get it..whome should i apply?how much time will it take??
