Future of call centres in India

    I would greatly appreciate any help available for my current MBA project for IT enabled services in India. I am trying to analyse what are the avenues for ITES in India. Conflicting reports of NASSCOM- McKinsey & Gartner have thrown light on diffrent aspects.
    Any assistance that could be provided to me about diffrent aspects, would be greatly appreciated.
