I need to know what are the requirements for the call center/contact center setup for web based and email based tech/customer support. Can any one provide me details like what should be the server configuration, what CRM software is best, what amount of internet bandwidth is needed and which are best router/mux/switches to purchase for a 100 seater call center.

these have excellent uptime facilities and various ACD/CTI/IVR applications
