i am looking for an inexpensive way of setting up a call center to handle about 2000-5000 calls per day in the Southeastern US. We expect the customers to call in and they are prompted and their input DTMF (touch tone input) should be matched from Database or set of data parameters.
We need to record the customer input everyday for our records.
Can anybody explain the different ways of setup and we have some idea abt NEC IVR2 server and Dialogic Card.
