I mostly see infomation regarding call centers in India on this website/forum. Is their much interest in English / Spanish CC in Costa Rica? Internet bandwidth is low, labor cost are low, plenty of English speakers and great Internet Connections (120ms to 160ms round trip ping). Belize is about the same but who wants to live there.
