Measuring Level of Service

    Can anyone tell me what is the standard level of service for a mail order catalog call center. I am using the Ansapoint software at 85 % of call answered in 20 seconds. I dont know if this a excellent, good, or fair level of service. Thank you in advance for all of your help.
