    We are looking at setting up a 60 seater voice based inbound/outbound call center in Bombay. Can somebody help me in giving me the list of top consultants who can do the job.

    I have been dealing with consulting people on Call Centers right from providing them with Turnkey Solution to business offloading and then providing them with support on the same.
    I would like to know:
    What type of call center are you planning to set up,
    1)Domestic
    2)international

    What type of technology would be used in the call center :
    1)switch based
    2)server based

    what is the kind of investment you are looking for?

    The cost of setting up a state of an art Facility in India ( On Rent ) with Minimum 48 Seats ( 2 T1\’s ) is approx 6 Lacs INR Per Seat ( End to End ) with a moderate technology blend and 2 Months working Capital in place.

    The information required is the following:
    General salaries of people in a Call Center:
    . Agent 8000 – 14000 P.M
    . Team Leader 15000 – 20000

    . Supervisor 25000 – 35000 P.M

    . Contact Center Manager 35000 – 50000 P.M

    . IT support ( Facility Management is usually available for 4-5000 US $ P.M

    . Trainer 30000 – 40000 P.M

    . Project Manager 30000 P.M ( Usually Campaign Manager )

    . HR person 20000 – 30000 P.M

    . Financial person ( Sr, Manager ) 30000-35000 P.M

    . Clerical 12 – 15000 P.M

    . Sales ( BDM ) 30 – 40000 P.M

    All figures are Ball park + Pick up and Drop & Food on shift

    . Churn rate per year 20% P.M

    Hyderabad is an excellent place for setting web based Call center. Voice centers are in a mess in Hyd. Strong regional accent perhaps. GE is there though and doing fine, but back office and lowest voice interaction desks are best suited for HYD.

    You need a Licence in the first place to start a call centre in India, which is issued by DOT New Delhi.

    Iam working has a chief executive in a mnc concern.Our company has decided to start a call centre.We r really sound in finance but we dont have the projects to starta call centre.We dont know whome to contact for getting a project for callcentre and we would also like to havea help for setting a fullcall caentre infrastructure etc..
