Most of the exaples I’ve seen involve Total call time of around 180seconds, the environment I’m working call lengths of 900 to 2400seconds are the calcultors stil accurate in this environment for calculating the number of agents required?
Yes, they should still work as long as the Erlang C are still met. Press the help buttons on the calculators for more information.
