We\’re setting up a 12seater callcenter here in manila and we already have prospected client and its a telecommuncations company that needs telemarketing services for their products. I just wanted to ask some help on how to set it up,charges and business proposals for our future clients.Perhaps some formulas that would help us identify how to charge our clients.

well u need a broadband internet connection plus a voip connection along with the internet, depend on the plan avail in your country, i will recommend to go for unlimited plan for voip connetion thats all u need, u can also use ip phone so that u dont need to buy phone separately..
