    Hi guys,
I have some question regarding setting up call center in India. I have read lot of articles, white papers about this. I am particularly looking for the following parts:

    1. What is the investment involved in this venture.

    2. What should be an indian company strategy.
should it partner with a US firm or perform solely,
    how to attract the clients.

    3. What should be the terms of agreements in the deal with the partners.

    4. what are the real ground problems when you setup the firm ,

thank you very much in advance,

I’ll be grateful if you could provide me with the answers.

    Hi Dhiraj,

I have answered some of your questions elsewhere on the
forum, however, as regards the ‘ground problems’ in
setting up a Call Center – there are many ! This is why it
is best to join an Indian Partner as an Alliance Partner, with or
without equity, to make this venture a success.

These problems could be in getting a lease line operational in time,
legal permissions/registrations, manpower recruitment and training
issues, managment issues, business development, process
    migration etc.

    Hope this helps
