We have an IPLC connection and we need to monitor the bandwidth i.e. how much bandwidth has been used over a period of time.That software should also be able to provide hourly,daly,weelky,monthly and yearly report on the bandwidth utilization.

Can u Share more details about your IPLC termination Box ie Muxes because software to monitor Bandwidth are available but are proprietary in nature?

Say if u have IGX solution from Cisco then Wan Manager can serve your purpose for bandith monitoring.
