    Hi,

    I need help setting up a call center. It is a pilot project with 20 agents. It will involve both inbound/outbound call with saving data of caller for future ref. Also autodials should be possible.

    I have enough of finance to start up a call centre in the state of Andhra Pradesh in the city of Visakhapatnam.

    how do i go about starting one and what should the initial stages involve.

    i also own a hardware showroom and also an authorised ZENITH showroom in a prime locality in Visakhapatnam. I am also the sole dealer of ZENITH products in Visakhapatnam
