    Greetings, I’ve been assigned the task of coming up with a working paper on setting up a call centre. I don’t have much experience (out of my job scope) in this and need assistance from anyone out there who could guide or give me some indications on what are the items I need to include in my working paper. If possible to have a “sample working paper on a call centre”. I am to present a work paper on this to my management by mid of Dec 01.
